Itransition (CJSC Itransishen) is one of the leading software developers in the Republic of Belarus. The Itransition team began working together in 1998 as part of the multi-industry BelHard holding. Thanks to the dedication, energy and professionalism of the young team, the company developed rapidly during this period and was able to grow from five to 500 employees in 1998-2005. In 2005, ZAO Itransishen became one of the first residents of the High-Tech Park.

In 2006, Itransition was transformed into a holding company that unites a number of well-known brands in the market, including A1QA and Iflexion. Successes in foreign markets and the opening of foreign offices led to the rapid growth and successful development of the company. For the period from 2006 to 2014, the number of "Itransishen" increased from 500 to 1,400 employees.
